• to improve the quality of life of the residents

• to help to establish and maintain security and public safety programs

• to help to promote programs which will provide improved educational, recreational and social service opportunities

• to cooperate with other resident councils under LMHA's jurisdiction in representing the interests of all residents

• to help to improve the opportunites for economic growth
